Your ADHD Coaching includes multiple levels of support to help you achieve your goals.

Concerned about the investment of time, money, or both? I offer flexible arrangements to meet my clients’ needs, including Small Group Coaching.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Choose from two or four 45-minute phone or video calls per month. You’ll come away from each session with manageable goals that motivate you.

Unlimited Text Support

You’ll receive your weekly goals by text after each session. Feel free to reach out between sessions with questions or to share your progress.

Goals Map & Milestones

You’ll see your progress and celebrate your wins as we strategize how to move forward. Doable goals will keep you motivated and engaged.

Accountability Check-Ins

You’ll decide if, how, and when you want me to hold you accountable between sessions. Want me to text you at 3pm on Thursday? You got it!
